  •   由于公司業務發展需要,一汽-大眾汽車有限公司捷達品牌現對外招募年度代理公司,招募分為兩個方向,分別是銷售及產品培訓方向、入店輔導能力提升方向。應招公司可根據公司業務經營范圍參與一個或兩個方向的招募,應招公司詳細要求如下。

      1、項目介紹:

      1.1 銷售及產品培訓方向

      1.1.1 培訓方向:

      銷售培訓:銷售流程、銷售管理及其他崗位的業務內容方面的培訓

      產品培訓:某品牌的某車型內容知識、賣點及競品對比等方面的培訓

      1.1.2 工作內容:

      方案開發:包含但不限于培訓方向、培訓大綱、課程包等文件資料的編輯開發

      培訓實施:包括培訓面授、網授及車展培訓等其他情況的授課

      1.2 入店輔導能力提升方向

      1.2.1 培訓方向:

      進行捷達品牌經銷商基本管理及核心銷售能力提升

      基本管理:營銷計劃制定、銷售漏斗管理、基礎財務知識

      核心銷售:集客能力提升、邀約/約回能力提升、高試駕體驗提升

      1.2.2 工作內容:

      方案開發:包含但不限于培訓計劃、課程指南、指導視頻、管理工具與優秀案例

      遠程診斷:入店前與經銷商進行遠程溝通,充分了解被輔導經銷商基本情況

      入店輔導:分兩階段開展,第一階段進行管理與銷售能力培訓;第二階段進行效果檢查與弱項鞏固

      2、招募標準

      2.1 公司注冊時間:2015年6月1日前注冊,該標準為否決項

      2.2 公司要求:

      銷售及產品培訓方向:銷售及產品培訓必須兩方面都可實施(注:銷售培訓為銷售流程、銷售管理等銷售內容方面的培訓;產品培訓為某品牌的某車型內容知識方面的培訓) ,需提供之前相關項目商務合同復印件,該標準為否決項

      入店輔導能力提升方向:管理及銷售能力入店輔導兩方面都可實施(注:管理能力為營銷計劃、銷售漏斗管理、基礎財務知識等;銷售能力為集客能力、邀約/約回能力、高試駕體驗能力等),需提供之前相關項目商務合同復印件,該標準為否決項

      2.3 公司規模:注冊資金人民幣100萬及以上,或等同外幣資金,該標準為否決項

      2.4 公司師資規模:6人及以上全職培訓師(需出具合同和2019年7月-2019年12月的半年社保證明),請出具本公司所有師資信息,該標準為否決項

      2.5 應招方向師資規模:6人及以上可同時講授應招方向全部內容的全職培訓師(需出具合同和2019年7月-2019年12月的社保證明),請出具本公司所有可以同時講授應招方向的師資信息,該標準為否決項

      2.6 公司能夠開具內容為“培訓費”的增值稅專用發票,該標準為否決項

      3、招募要求

      3.1 具備五年及以上汽車行業國內品牌及合資品牌銷售及產品培訓經驗

      3.2 公司及培訓師專業素質:

      3.2.1 銷售及產品培訓方向:

      · 公司應具有成熟的質量管理方案,針對質量問題可提出具體可行的整改方案

      · 公司應設立專業的服務保障團隊確保項目在商務流程以及業務開展方面順利進行

      · 具備較強的突發事件管理能力

      · 后續可為捷達品牌提供產品及銷售內容同時講授充足穩定的培訓師

      · 培訓師需同時具備汽車產品知識培訓經驗、汽車行業銷售培訓經驗

      3.2.2 入店輔導提升方向

      · 輔導顧問需對汽車行業有深入了解,具備五年以上乘用車經銷商管理經驗和培訓經驗,管理經驗包含從業管理經驗、或作為派駐人員提供管理服務經驗、或作為咨詢顧問提供管理服務經驗,之前擔任過經銷商總經理優先

      · 輔導顧問應具有豐富的汽車經銷商問題診斷能力,能從經銷商經營數據和員工訪談中精準發現經銷商存在的問題

      · 輔導顧問應具備較強的溝通能力,具有現場輔導經驗并熟悉經銷商運營,能針對經銷商存在的問題提供切實可行的解決方案

      · 輔導顧問具有豐富的輔導材料開發經驗

      4、須提交資料

      4.1 公司概況,包括但不限于公司規模、主營業務和組織機構等

      4.2 《申報表》(見附件1):請如實填寫貴司相關信息,加蓋公司公章并請法人代表簽字

      4.3 公司資質證明文件:營業執照,稅務登記證,組織機構代碼證及其它證明材料;法人代表證明書或法人委托書;法人代表身份證、經辦人身份證。(注:以上內容請提供復印件;營業執照請加蓋公司公章并提供營業執照官網真偽查詢信息)

      4.4 培訓師合同及可核查的社保證明復印件:提供培訓師的合同復印件及2019年7月-2019年12月的可核查的全部培訓師的社保證明,并將培訓師相應信息匯總至《培訓師師資統計表》中(見附件2),該表需要加蓋公司公章并請法人代表簽字。注:采購部將核查社保證明,請確保社保證明的有效性、真實性及全面性,請確保招募截止日后2周內可網上查詢

      4.5 項目合同復印件:

      2018年-2019年為國內品牌及合資品牌執行的應招方向的項目合同復印件(銷售及產品培訓方向:銷售及產品培訓合同必須同時提供;入店輔導提升方向:管理及銷售能力入店輔導合同必須同時提供,缺一不可),出于保密原則的考慮,合同中的關鍵信息如價格等可以不展示。請在培訓執行合同首頁右上方注明該合同中能體現合作企業名稱、項目執行內容、執行天數等關鍵信息對應的合同頁碼,并將這些信息在合同文本中圈注,涉及培訓天數,若合同中不能查詢到,需要提供證明文件,手寫培訓天數無效;如為英文合同,請將以上信息圈注及翻譯。請在課件開發合同首頁右上方注明該合同中能體現應招方向、合作企業名稱、項目執行年份、課程名稱及課程天數等關鍵信息對應的合同頁碼,并將這些信息在合同文本中圈注,涉及課程名稱,若合同中不能查詢到,需要提供證明文件。并將上述所有關鍵合同信息匯總填寫至附件《項目合同統計表》中(見附件3),該表需要加蓋公章及法人代表簽字

      注:1)上述資料和信息必須屬實,此為后續合作依據。如查明有虛假或夸大的資料和信息,將取消其招募資格2)以上材料,請盡量提供中英雙語3)若一家代理公司同時應招銷售產品培訓和入店輔導能力提升兩個方向,請分別準備材料并分開郵寄,且在快遞單上注明應招方向名稱

      5、招募須知

      5.1 簽約后業務范圍:

      5.1.1 銷售及產品培訓方向:

      一汽-大眾捷達品牌針對經銷商管理層員工及執行層員工的銷售及產品方面的培訓實施及培訓課程開發,內容包括捷達品牌歷史、各車型產品知識、銷售流程及管理培訓等(注明:培訓實施需銷售及產品內容同時講授)

      5.1.2 入店輔導提升方向:

      · 一汽-大眾捷達品牌針對經銷商基本管理及核心銷售兩方面的入店輔導及課程開發

      · 基本管理培訓:營銷計劃制定、銷售漏斗管理、基礎財務知識

      · 核心銷售培訓:集客能力提升、邀約/約回能力提升、高試駕體驗提升

      5.2 商業機密保護及誠信廉潔要求:

      在招募及后續合作過程中,供應商必須遵守一汽-大眾汽車有限公司相關保密協議,以及誠信廉潔等要求

      5.3 提案比稿:

      捷達品牌銷售事業部部會對招募初選入圍的公司進行提案比稿。通過提案比稿后,采購部進行比價,簽訂合同后,必須參加TTT培訓和課程試講,通過的培訓師在后續實施培訓過程中原則上不允許變更

      5.4 注意事項

      如供應商提報材料過程中發現資料作假,將取消提案比稿資格。如后續簽約后發現作假,一汽-大眾汽車有限公司將有權終止合作

The recruitment is divided into two directions: sales and product training direction, and in store coaching ability improvement direction. The company can participate in one or two directions of recruitment according to the business scope of the company. The detailed requirements of the company are as follows.

    1. Project introduction:

    1.1 Sales and product training direction

    Training direction:

    Sales training: training on sales process, sales management and business content of other positions;

    Product training: training on content knowledge, selling points and competitive product comparison of a certain model of a brand

    Work content:

    Program development: including but not limited to the editing and development of training direction, training outline, course package and other documents

    Training implementation: including face-to-face training, online training, auto show training and other situations

    1.2 In store coaching ability improvement direction

    Training direction:

    Carry out basic management of Jetta brand dealers and enhance core sales capabilities

    Basic management: marketing plan formulation, sales funnel management, basic financial knowledge

    Core sales: Improved customer gathering ability, invitation / return ability, and high test drive experience

    Work content:

    Solution development: including but not limited to training plans, course guides, instruction videos, management tools, and excellent cases

    Remote diagnosis: communicate remotely with the dealer before entering the store to fully understand the basic situation of the coached dealer

    In-store coaching: It is carried out in two stages. The first stage conduct management and sales ability training; the second stage perform effect checks and weak points consolidation

    2. Recruitment standards(vote down item):

    2.1 Company registration time: registered before June 1, 2015, this standard is a vote down item

    2.2 Company requirements:

    Sales and product training direction: Sales and product training must be implemented in both aspects (Note: Sales training is training in sales process, sales management and other sales content; product training is training in content and knowledge of a certain brand of a certain brand) Provide a copy of the previous business contract of the relevant project, the standard is a negative item

    2.4 The size of the company's teachers: 6 or more full-time trainers (requires a contract and a half-year social guarantee from July 2019 to December 2019), please provide all the company's teacher information, this standard is a negative item

    3. Recruitment requirments:

    3.1 Have at least five years of sales experience in domestic automotive brands and joint venture brands and product training

    3.2 Company and trainer professional quality:

    3.2.1 Sales and product training direction:

    · The company should have a mature quality management plan, and propose specific and feasible rectification plans for quality problems

    · The company should set up a professional service assurance team to ensure that the project runs smoothly in terms of business processes and business development

    · Have strong emergency management capabilities

    · Follow-up can provide products and sales content for the Jetta brand while teaching sufficient and stable trainers

    · Trainers must have both automotive product knowledge training experience and automotive industry sales training experience

    3.2.2 Improving the store coaching ability direction

    · Counselors need to have an in-depth understanding of the automotive industry, and have more than five years of passenger car dealer management experience and training experience. Management experience includes business management experience, or provides management service experience as a dispatched staff, or provides management service experience as a consultant , Previously served as the general manager of the dealer is preferred

    · Counseling consultants should have rich auto dealer problem diagnosis capabilities, and be able to accurately identify dealer problems from dealer business data and employee interviews.

    · Counseling consultants should have strong communication skills, have on-site coaching experience and be familiar with dealer operations, and be able to provide practical solutions to the problems of dealers

    · Counselors have rich experience in developing counseling materials

    4. Required documents:

    5.2 Trade secret protection and integrity requirements:

    5.3 Proposal comparison:

    5.4 Notes

    If the supplier finds that the information is false in the process of submitting the materials, the qualification for submitting the proposal will be cancelled. FAW-Volkswagen Co., Ltd. will have the right to terminate cooperation if fraud is found after subsequent signing of a contract.
