  •   由于公司業務發展需要,現需要招募一汽-大眾客戶俱樂部項目年度代理公司。敬請關注以下內容。

      1. 招募標準:

      1.1 公司注冊時間:2017年1月1日前注冊(以應標公司法人營業執照為準);

      1.2 公司規模:注冊資金200萬RMB(含200萬)以上(公告發布后增資無效),具備穩定團隊50人以上(需提供近半年的社保繳納證明或第三方公司社保代繳委托合同及繳納證明);

      1.3 公司專業素質:具備近五年內國內主流品牌(僅限汽車行業、航空公司、酒店集團和銀行行業,詳細名單見附錄)廠家或區域層面會員體系運營經驗(必須包含線上會員活動策劃及運營)。

      1.4 投標核心團隊:需提供計劃為此項目服務的團隊配置,其中核心人員5名以上(均具備3年以上行業經驗),包含但不限于策略總監(可兼職)、策劃創意總監(專職)、運營經理(專職)、異業合作管理經理(專職)、駐場經理等。簽約期內,專職核心人員不得服務于除大眾品牌之外的其它服務對象。參加招標核心團隊的核心人員需保證為后續工作的實際工作團隊,否則一汽-大眾有權取消代理公司資格。

      1.5 企業資質及經營狀況要求:有效的營業執照且未超營業范圍經營,具備獨立承擔民事責任的能力;依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金并提供近三年完稅證明;近三年經營活動中不存在違法違紀記錄,企業信用良好,財務狀況良好, 處于正常生產經營狀態,沒有處于被責令停業、財產被接管、凍結、破產狀態;愿意與一汽-大眾共同預防和治理不廉潔行為,遵守一汽-大眾保密及相關方安全管理規定并同意簽署相關文件;

      1.6 企業關系限制性要求:有關聯關系的企業(包含但不限于法定代表人為同一人,母公司、全資子公司及其控股公司,單位負責人為同一人,總公司與分公司,直接控股或存在管理關系的)不得同時報名參與本次公開招募。公司的法人、董事、監事、高管、實際控制人中無一汽-大眾員工或及特定關系人。公司的法人、董事、監事、高管、實際控制人中無在職或離退休(三年內)公務人員。

      說明:上述1.1~1.6為否決項。

      2. 招募須知:

      2.1 簽約后業務范圍:一汽-大眾銷售有限責任公司“一汽-大眾客戶俱樂部”項目2020年7月-2022年6月年度代理;

      2.2 商業機密保護:若招募成功,該簽約公司必須遵守一汽-大眾汽車有限公司相關保密協議。

      3. 須提交資料:

      3.1 公司概況介紹,包括但不限于公司規模、分支機構等;

      3.2 “申報表”及“公開招募項目承諾書” (請見附件)請如實填寫貴司相關信息,加蓋公司公章并請法人代表簽字。(請同時將電子版表格發送至指定聯系郵箱。)

      3.3 公司資質:經年檢合格的營業執照,稅務登記證,組織機構代碼證及其它證明材料;法人代表證明書或法人委托書;法人代表身份證、經辦人身份證。(注:以上內容請提供復印件;營業執照請加蓋公司公章并提供營業執照官網真偽查詢信息)。

      3.4 公司管理機構及人員情況:管理層機構及人員介紹,各類專業服務人員的數量、資歷及業務水平等,以及計劃為此項目服務的核心團隊介紹(核心團隊人員必須提供近半年的社保繳納證明或第三方公司社保代繳委托合同及繳納證明)。

      3.5 提供近三年的營業額證明資料(如財務審計報表或相關合同,不僅限于汽車行業)。

      3.6 近三年的增值稅和所得稅納稅證明,社會保障金的繳納證明; “國家企業信用信息公示系統”報告;銀行資信證明(由銀行提供);無違法違紀聲明及財務狀況聲明;以上證明、聲明文件由公司法人、總經理共同簽署并加蓋公司章。

      3.7 “申報表”中其他填報信息的證明文件,特別提示:

      1) 近五年內所有國內主流品牌廠家或區域層面俱樂部會員體系運營經驗。請提供合同掃描件為證,詳細內容可脫敏處理,但需要體現甲乙雙方公司名稱并能證明項目內容包含線上會員活動策劃與運營(必須)、跨行業合作、經銷商指導或培訓、IT系統規劃設計等內容,并顯示服務時間。同時,需提供合同期內策劃線上會員活動案例(包含但不限于活動方案、活動總結等)、經銷商指導培訓案例(包含但不限于培訓內容簡介、執行照片、效果總結等)、IT開發案例(包含但不限于客戶端微信公眾號、APP、小程序或網站形式的IT系統項目簡介、產品需求文檔、系統原型和操作界面圖等)。

      2) 跨行業合作資源及經驗,請提供所有貴公司簽訂的(或協助雙方簽訂的)跨行業合作中文合同或協議掃描件,詳細內容可脫敏處理,但必須體現甲乙雙方公司名稱并能證明項目內容為跨行業合作(需顯示服務時間),并同時提供貴公司為跨行業合作雙方中某一方代理運營會員體系的中文合同掃描件。

      上述資料和信息必須屬實。請提供清晰且完整的材料,提供不全將視為無法提供。所有相關項目經驗在公示文件發布前有效,公示文件發布后產生無效。如查明有虛假資料和信息,將取消其招募資格。

    The VW Customer Club Annual Agency Recruitment Announcement

    With the development of business, the VW customer club need to recruit an annual agency. Please find detailed information as followed.

    1. Recruitment criteria:

    1.1 Company registration time: before January 1st, 2017;

    1.2 Company scale:Over 2million (include 2 million) registered capital, with stable core team, more than 50 people;

    1.3 Have operation experience(Must include online member activity planning and operation) of mainstream manufacturers or regional club(Only in the automotive industry, airline industry, hotel industry and the banking industry, detail list refer to appendix);

    1.4 Bidding core team: Provide the planned service team for this project, including more than 5 core personnel (all with more than 3 years of experience,  including but not limited to strategy director (Part-time), planning director (Full-time), operation manager (Full-time), cross-industry cooperation management manager (Full-time), field manager, etc. During the validity period of the contract, the full-time core employees shall not serve other brands. The core employees participating in the bidding core team shall be the actual working team for follow-up work, otherwise FAW-VW has the right to cancel the qualification of agency.

    1.5 Enterprise qualification and operating condition requirement: effective business license within its business scope, own the ability to bear civil liability independently; pay taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law and provide tax payment certificate in recent three years; no illegal or criminal records in recent three years’ business activities, good corporate credit; good corporate financial condition, in normal production and management status, not be ordered to stop operation, property not be taken over, frozen, or go broke; be willing to prevent and govern corruption with FAW-VW together, obey FAW-VW confidential and safety relative regulation and agree to sign relative document;

    1.6 Restrictive requirements for enterprise relationship: enterprises with related relationship (including but not limited to the same legal representative, parent company, wholly-owned subsidiary and its holding company, the same person in charge of the unit, the same head company and branch company, directly holding or having management relationship) shall not register to participate in this public recruitment at the same time. There are no FAW Volkswagen employees or specific related persons among the legal person, directors, supervisors, senior executives and actual controllers of the company. There are no on-the-job or retired (within three years) public servants among the legal person, directors, supervisors, senior executives and actual controllers of the company.

    PS: Standard 1.1-1.6 must be up to mustard, if not the company will be rejected.

    2. Recruitment notice:

    2.1 Business scope: 2020.07-2021.06 annual agency of “The customer club of FAW-VW “of FAW-Volkswagen Sales Co., Ltd;

    2.2 Trade secret protection: The recruited agency should abide by related confidential agreement of FAW-VW Automotive Co,. Ltd;

    3. Required Documents:

    3.1 Company profile, including but not limited to company scale and branches, etc;

    3.2 Please truthfully fill in the “Recruitment Application Sheet” & ”Letter of commitment for public recruitment” (refer to the attachment), stamp company seal and sign legal representative signature;

    3.3 Company qualification: business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate and other certificates that qualified annual inspection; legal representative certificate or power of attorney; ID card of legal representative and transactor (note: provide copies of these documents; stamp company seal on business license and provide business license authenticity online query information );

    3.4 Information of the company's management organization and employees: introduction of the management organization and employees. The number, qualification and business level of all kinds of professional employees. Introduction of the core team planning to serve the project (must provide the social security payment certificate of nearly half a year or the third-party company's social security payment entrustment contract and payment certificate of the core team employees).

    3.5 Provide proof of turnover in recent three years (such as financial audit statements or relevant contracts, not limited to the automotive industry)

    3.6 The VAT and income tax payment certificate, social security payment certificate in the past three years. "National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System" report; bank credit certificate (provided by the bank); declaration of no violation of laws and disciplines and statement of financial status; the above certificates and declaration documents shall be jointly signed by the legal person and general manager of the company and stamped with the company seal;

    3.7 Other supporting documents for the “Recruitment Application Sheet”:

    1) All the experience of operating club membership system for mainstream brand manufacturers or regional in the past five years. Please provide the scanning copy of the contract as the evidence. The detailed content can be fuzzy, but it needs to reflect the company name of both parties and be able to prove that the project content includes online member activity planning and operation (must have), cross-industry cooperation, dealer guidance or training, IT system planning and design, and show the service time. Please provide cases of online member activity in the contract period (including but not limited to plan, summary, etc.)/ training cases of dealers (including but not limited to training content, photos, summary, etc.)/ IT development cases (including but not limited to the WeChat, APP, applet or website IT system project brief introduction, product requirement document, system prototype and operation interface diagram, etc.).

    2) Cross-industry cooperation resources and experience. Please provide scanning copies of all cross industry cooperation contracts or agreements signed by your company (or assisted by both parties), the details can be fuzzy, but must reflect the company name of both parties and be able to prove that the project content is cross industry cooperation (need to show the service time). Provide a scanning copy of the Chinese contract in which your company is the agency of one of the cross industry cooperation parties.

    All the above information and documents must be truthful. Please provide clear and complete materials, if not, it will be deemed as impossible to provide. All relevant project experience is valid before the release of the announcement, and invalid after the release of the announcement. Once a fake document or information is found, the recruitment qualification will be canceled.

    4.Recruitment Process:

    4.1 Recruitment announcement publish on corporate website;

    4.2 Collect agencies documents;

    4.3 Agencies documents review and filtering;

    4.4 If passed, the company will be informed to review the original materials on site

    4.5 After the materials reviewed, the company will be informed to participate in the comprehensive evaluation.
